Id proofs required to rent a Vehicle:

  • Working ID card, Aadhar card, driving license (all originals required for verification)
  • Renter’s driving license should have a minimum experience of about 1 year.

Conditions for Pickup:

  • Renter should not be found drunk (alcohol or other alcoholic drinks) at the time of pickup. Booking will be canceled with no refund.
  • Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A penalty of about 10,000/- will be charged if found.

Communication and Extensions:

  • Any delay in vehicle drop or extensions must be informed beforehand. Failure to inform will result in a penalty of 5000/- at drop time.

Delivery Terms:

  • Doorstep delivery timing depends on driver availability and city traffic.
  • Timing starts upon the customer receiving the vehicle.

Vehicle Handling:

  • No touching of vehicle spare parts in case of breakdown without proper permission.
  • Damage repair only from authorized service centers; penalty of about 10,000/- apart from damage charges for unauthorized repairs.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Interior cleanliness is essential at the time of drop; charges of 1500/- for bad odor, vomit, or stains.
  • No refund for extra fuel; full payment as per quotation at pickup.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Vehicles restricted to a maximum speed of 80 km/h as per Indian government regulations for road safety and legal compliance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
  • No-shows without prior cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to the full rental amount.
